Perth and Kinross Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a harbour operations service.
The successful Contractor will be required to supply harbour operation services and to act as Harbourmaster responsible for the safe and efficient overall management of the port over which Perth and Kinross Council has navigation powers.
