HSENI wishes to appoint competent Contractors to provide graphic design, artwork and print management. The selected Contractor will be required to provide a print management function. This Contract will be awarded to the two highest ranked Tenderers with the First ranked Tenderer being awarded all of the work outlined within Annex A in line with the prices quoted within the Pricing Schedule.

CPD complied with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and incorporated a standstill period (i.e. a minimum of 10 calendar days) at the point information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification provided full information on the award decision and provided time for the unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
