The role of Customer Research Partner for Riverside has been established to provide an external and independent organisation to collate and analyse our customers’ views, attitudes, aspirations and opinions through a mechanism they can trust to be anonymous and to provide the appropriate resource to support the work of the MICI Team.
It was stipulated that the successful supplier must have the ISO20252 accreditation and be willing to adhere to Market Research Society's Code of Conduct.
