The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: absence of competition for technical reasons
Explanation
WSH requires the continued functionality of an electronic document management system. Additional works and services are required and a full re-procurement of the system for a limited time period would not be economically viable. The Trust understands that it is unlikely an alternative supplier would be able to access the software to support and extend as required. A potential new supplier would require substantial duplication of costs already incurred.
