II.2.4) Description of the procurement
In this lot we would expect a video production company to offer a fuller managed service. This would require the management of the entire project and include full editing (including graphics and animation) in the delivery of the product. In particular it is expected that the supplier would work collaboratively in the delivery of the end product.
The following are examples of video communications content to be used to promote the University's programmes, activities and facilities to external audiences for purposes including:
— student recruitment,
— demonstration of research impact,
— philanthropic fund-raising,
— advertising of the University's conference and other commercial activities.
