Lancashire County Council is acting on behalf of Up Holland High School, Sandbrook Road, Orrell, Wigan, to invite tenders for the supply of the building cleaning and facilities services as set out in the tender documents.
The anticipated value of the services is approximately 61 723 GBP per annum.
The initial contract period will be 3 years, after such time the contract may be extended by any of defined periods, provided that the total extended periods does not exceed 2 years.

Following the completion of the evaluation process for this tender, LCC Procurement recommend the successful contractor to the Up Holland High School. Unfortunately on this occasion, the school and its Governors have decided not to accept the recommendation or award a contract.
As per the ITT document, the Authority and the School Governors reserved the right to withdraw from the procurement process and not to make an award for the school. No expenses incurred by the tenderer or their advisors in responding to this tender will be reimbursed.
