The key aims of this service for accommodation are to:
— provide accommodation to parents and patients pre and post appointment/treatment,
— provide accommodation to staff and visitors to the Trust,
— increase the choice of local accommodation available by appointing suppliers onto a direct call-off Framework Agreement,
— provide cost improvements and stability for both provider and the Trust,
— develop the service over the framework period.
The key aims of the service for conferencing are to:
— reduce the annual costs to the Trust of course/conference bookings,
— provide a managed booking system and appropriate facilities depending on the nature of the course.
The Framework Agreement term will be 4 years with plans to commence from March 2019.
