Govan HA has awarded collective architecture the commission for architectural services relating to its planned Water Row (Phase 1) new build housing development. (OJEU Ref 96031-2019 (2019/S 042-096031). This is primarily flatted accommodation with a small element of terraced accommodation and is spread over three buildings. This was procured using the link group framework reference 2016/S 077-137319.
