II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Walsall College is a state-of-the-art Further and Higher Education College in the West Midlands, providing Education for students ranging from 16-18 years old to older mature students. Students are multi-cultural. The Walsall College estate comprises 32,933 m2 of teaching and support space over 6 main campuses, all of which are located in the Borough, close to Walsall Town Centre.
There are approximately 3800 full time and 2700-part time students and circa 850 staff attending or employed at the College, which operates predominantly Monday-Friday, but with some weekend opening, over 50 weeks of the year.
Invitations to submit a tender for the provision of cleaning services to Walsall College whose registered office is: Littleton St West, Walsall, WS2 8ES.
