CHL therefore wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for construction management consultants who can deliver the required services for the programme across 6 stages:
1) Pre-planning;
2) Enabling works;
3) Pre-construction;
4) Construction;
5) Defects;
6) Additional services.
