Mobile device software to capture meter readings and associated supporting information for all meter types within the DCC estate.
A meter data collection system for the central storage and management of meter data to integrate with the DCC's core billing system.
Ruggedised handheld mobile devices for use by meter readers.
All potential applicants must bid for Lot 1 (meter reading software and meter data collection system) and as an option may also bid for Lot 2 (Ruggedised handheld mobile devices for use by meter readers). Any applicant bidding for Lot 2 only will be rejected and take no further part in the procurement.
