Contract for the provision of bus transport service for NCG at West Lancashire College
NCG at West Lancashire College requires 3 bus service routes. The college’s development plans include the continued widening of its current catchment area, by providing a bespoke transport service for learners to access the Skelmersdale site from the Aintree, Kirkby and Maghull areas, by the provision of a free bespoke bus service.
Due to this expansion, West Lancashire College would like one provider to be able to cover all 3 bus service routes as listed in the ITT specification.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Contract for the provision of bus transport service for NCG at West Lancashire College
NCG at West Lancashire College requires 3 bus service routes. Route 1: Kirkby, Aintree and Maghull Route;
Route 2: Aughton and Burscough;
Route 3: Wigan and Orrell.
This service must be live and operational by 9.9.2019
