1) Plant protection support services;
2) Land agency services and
3) Civil works.

It is currently anticipated that 5 of the highest ranked bidders will be shortlisted and invited to participate in the next stage of the procurement for each lot. However, ISL reserves an absolute discretion to select less than 5 bidders subject to a minimum of 3 to proceed to the next stage for each lot (and different numbers of bidders for each lot) if it considers it appropriate. Provided that nothing in this paragraph shall be construed as restricting ISL from proceeding with the procurement with a lower number of bidders in the event that a lower number of bidders satisfy the minimum standards and proceed to be evaluated against the technical capability selection criteria.
