The Council wishes procure the provision of interpreting, translation, transcription and easy read services across the borough and out of Borough where required. This provision will include the following: spoken languages: face to face interpreting in spoken community languages; telephone interpreting in spoken community languages and translation communication professionals working with deaf and deafblind people (CP): British Sign Language/English face to face interpreting; British Sign Language/English remote interpreting; deafblind interpretation; lipspeaking; notetaking (electronic and manual); sign language translator; sign supported English and speech to text reporting transcription: braille; moon and audio easy read. The Council is looking to appoint one supplier for this contract.
