Suppliers will pass if three relevant contracts are provided. Suppliers will fail if less than three relevant contracts are provided.
6.2) Evidence for your previous/past performance of services similar to this requirement in the past 5 years. Three references must be provided.
Suppliers will pass if three references are provided each scoring 56 or above with no marks below 7.

The authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court.
