GraduationThe University of Winchester confers awards for approximately 3 000 graduates each year. We hold our graduation ceremonies once a year (currently over a week in October) in Winchester Cathedral, with support services (gown hire, photography studios, ticket collection, etc.) being conducted in Winchester Guildhall. We are looking for suppliers to provide gown hire, photography and tickets under the three separate lots detailed below. VI.3) Additional information
This procurement was commenced prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. The position in which the University now finds itself is very different. There is a significant degree of uncertainty with regards to what the University's requirements will be in terms of graduations going forward as the advice from the UK government is updated. Given the degree of uncertainty, the University has concluded that it is not in the public interest to carry out this procurement process to its conclusion.
