The Royal Borough of Greenwich are looking for an experienced service provider to undertake the servicing, maintenance and repair of communal heating and associated mechanical plant. Full description and scope of the service are provided in the tender documentation which can be accessed online following the link stated above in section I.3).
The estimated annual value of the contract is between GBP 670 000.00 and GBP 750 000.00 and as such the maximum full contract value, based on a full 10-year contract duration is GBP 7 500 000.00.
