Explanation

The current supplier has over 5 years plus experience with the Open University (OU) to provide specialist technical support for business as usual (BAU) activities in relation to several legacy OU bespoke Moodle systems which are critical to the OU’s day to day operations. The supplier is currently engaged in a business-critical re-development programme to replace existing software due to a scheduled deprecation of service.

NashTech now have extensive and in some parts exclusive knowledge of several key OU bespoke systems, including sole development and support of the applications for several years. Critical time constraints on the current custom development programme to meet the delivery deadline are a key factor.
