Abstract
The Welsh Government has commissioned an evaluation of three road improvement projects. The projects are joint funded by the Welsh Government and European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and aim to improve connectivity in peripheral areas of Wales.
The aim of the evaluation is to assess the delivery of each operation against the indicators and objectives set out in the respective business plan and provide recommendations for future, similar activity. Description of the contract

The operations are:

• A40 Llanddewi Velfrey to Penblewin and Redstone Cross
