Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, team resources need to be reallocated to support NHS Wales with other projects. NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership intends to extend the current agreement until 30th of April 2021 utilising Regulation 72(1)(c)(i) the need for modification has been brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority could not have foreseen.
