Station Refurbishment Works - Social and Commercial Development Plan

Description of the goods or services required

Transport for Wales Rail Services have a Social and Commercial Development Plan aimed at bringing under-utilised or disused spaces at stations back into use for social and commercial purposes. Phase 1 of the plan covers a total of 6no. Stations. These have been divided into 3no. lots due to their geographical spread. You may choose to tender for all lots or select certain lots:

• Lot 1 - Llandudno, Llandudno Junction and Tywyn stations

• Lot 2 – Abergele and Pensarn and Bangor

• Lot 3 - Abergavenny

The works will be managed using NEC short form terms of contract.

TfWRS requests email confirmation (nathan.jones@tfwrs.wales) from interested parties as requested on page 7 of the ITT document, confirming your intention to respond to this RFP, Agreement to KAO’s confidentiality agreement appendix 1, declaration of any conflict of interest, Agreement of KAO’s RFP terms and disclaimers, etc

Along with the above confirmation, please provide an email address to Drawings and other large files can be transferred to you.

Please also confirm if you will be attending a site visit on Wednesday July 1st by contacting Helen Simmonds as requested on page 11 of the ITT document.
