Extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable for the contracting authority and in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the Directive
Explanation
Due to unforeseen circumstances the association require the immediate appointment of service providers to continue the necessary repair and maintenance works on all housing stock to ensure service continuity during and after the current Coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak.
