Expanding Môn's Horizons Mid-term and Final Project Evaluation

Description of the goods or services required

Môn CF are seeking to appoint a Contractor/s to undertake the services to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the Expanding Mȏn’s Horizons Project.

The project aims to reduce underemployment and absence rates on Anglesey by supporting people to find solutions to issues including childcare and transport and address them through one to one mentoring and exploring different working practices.

Expanding Mȏn’s Horizons also works with employers, specifically focusing on local small and medium-sized enterprises, to adopt or improve their existing workplace strategies and occupational health. Supported enterprises will have adopted or improved their equality and diversity strategies and monitoring systems.

It is intended that a continuous evaluation is conducted for the remaining life-span of the operation up until June 2022.

Relates to the following project/programme financed by EU Community Funds: EXPANDING MÔN’S HORIZONS falls under ESF Priority Axis 1: Tackling Poverty through Sustainable Employment; WWV Specific Objective 3 - to reduce underemployment or absence rates as a result of barriers such as ill health, work limiting health conditions or disabilities, caring or childcare responsibilities, preventing such barriers becoming drivers to poverty and exclusion from the labour market.

The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
