Covid-19 has caused a delay in LHC’s planned retendering procedure for SCB2 framework agreement, due to terminate on 30 June 2021. This does not give LHC sufficient time to re-procure the renamed PB3 framework agreement prior to 30 June 2021. We have extended the duration by 3 months to maintain service to customers. The revised termination date will be 30 September 2021.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
