Gwasanaeth Ymgynghoriaeth Adnoddau Dynol a Chyfundrefn Gorfforaethol / Human Resources and Corporate Organisation Consultancy Service
The National Library of Wales ('the Library') is inviting tenders from qualified and experienced providers to provide the organisation with a first class Human Resources and Corporate Consultancy Service. The Library has an effective and efficient human resources unit but occasionally needs additional support in addressing specific projects and other day-to-day issues where the more objective views and advice of an experienced consultant would be useful. The support will therefore be provided to the in-house Management Team and Human Resources Manager as required. The Library has 213 staff (204 full time equivalents) including permanent, part time and casual staff. The Library also identifies three Trade Unions, FDA, Prospect and PCS.
The Library's objectives for this tender process are:
To appoint a supplier capable of delivering a high quality professional service, with wide experience of delivering a similar service within the public and third sectors
Appoint a supplier that will provide excellent value for money
To appoint a supplier who will be able to provide all services in Welsh and English

Mae gan y Llyfrgell uned adnoddau dynol effeithiol ac effeithlon ond o bryd i’w gilydd y mae angen cefnogaeth ychwanegol wrth fynd i’r afael â phrosiectau penodol a materion eraill a gyfyd o ddydd i ddydd ble fyddai barn a chyngor mwy gwrthrychol ymgynghorydd profiadol yn ddefnyddiol. Felly, bydd y gefnogaeth yn cael ei darparu i’r Tîm Rheoli a’r Rheolwr Adnoddau mewnol yn ôl yr angen. Mae gan y Llyfrgell 213 o staff (204 cyfwerth ag amser llawn) gan gynnwys staff parhaol, rhan amser ac achlysurol. Mae’r Llyfrgell hefyd yn cyndabod tri Undeb Llafur, FDA, Prospect a PCS.
Amcanion y Llyfrgell ar gyfer y broses dendro hon yw:

Penodi cyflenwr a fydd yn gallu darparu’r holl wassanaeth yn Gymraeg ac yn Saesneg
