F. Additional information:
(a) workforce – Currently there is 1 x Non-Working Supervisor (15 hrs/week) and 9 x Cleaning Operatives (90 hrs/week). There is expected to be no LGPS applicable – this will be confirmed during the ITT stage.
(b) the school currently provides keys to the Non-Working Supervisor to access the school.
(c) cleaning consumables and bin liner costs are to be included in the contract.
(d) recruitment has historically been difficult, therefore having a local recruitment strategy will be important.
