Description of the goods or services required

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Dyfed Powys would like to invite tenders for the provision of the supply and maintenance of FOUR handheld speed enforcement devices suitable for enforcement outside of a vehicle.

The device must be a prescribed device with Home Office Type Approval (HOTA) for use in accordance with Section 20 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 and be compatible with South Wales Police and North Wales Police Information Security requirements.
