Sonnet Court comprises of 18 one bedroom flats and two communal areas for Younger Adults predominantly with learning disabilities and younger adults with physical
Disabilities. Care Provision is being procure separately. This mini competition was for the landlord based element under a full repair and insuring lease for the long term maintenance of buildings and management of tenancies within these properties, ensuring working in partnership with the authority and the care provider to encourage a seamless approach to supported independent living and least restrictive practices.
