Abstract

The Centre requires a contractor to undertake the evaluation of the Community Shares Wales Resilience Project. The evaluation will analyse and evaluate the progress of the project and inform improvements to project practices and delivery to help with future project development. It will have two major facets, firstly, an initial formative, baseline evaluation of its systems and processes (which will, amongst other things, ensure that they are appropriate to delivering the aims and objectives of the project in line with National Lottery Community Fund’s expectations) and secondly, a summative evaluation regarding its on-going impact.
