Abstract
To carry out a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan for Withybush Food Park Infrastructure, Haverfordwest.
Evaluation Objectives and Scope
The objectives of the evaluation are therefore:
1. Operation management, specifically relations between Pembrokeshire County Council and contractors.
2. To identify how and to what extent the operation has influenced the prospects of Pembrokeshire food industry.
3. To identify the contribution made to the Pembrokeshire Economic Development Strategy & Action Plan 2017-22.
4. What contribution has the operation made to the achievement of the Cross-Cutting Themes? What impact might be expected over a longer timescale? Have the integration of the Cross-Cutting Themes added value to the operation?
