The operations described in the Specification are to be executed by the Contractor in a manner that enhances the Council’s reputation for the maintenance of its open space assets. The Contractor must implement this Specification, adopting the best horticultural practices and maintaining rigorous standards of discipline, cleanliness and tidiness.
