The Authority’s delivery model is for a Contractor led "designand build" approach. Contracts will be awarded based on a Term Contract using under the ACA Term Alliance Contract TAC-1. TheContractor will be required to fulfill the role of Principal Designer and Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations 2015.
