Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
Communities and Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) Limited has observed a 10-day standstill
period calculated in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, which expired at mid-night on Friday 24th June 2022. Under those regulations, aggrieved bidders may by way of proceedings in the High Court seek relief in
respect of alleged breaches of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 which may include declaring any award ineffective and/or seeking damages.
Following the completion of the 0-day standstill period, CHIC can now conclude and enter the Framework Agreement as detailed on the tender pack published.
