The Contractor will be required to provide a service to carry out a full site survey and programme of works to treat Japanese Knotweed and other Invasive Weeds at Peabody group properties where required.
The Contractor will be expected to provide photographic evidence and a report to detail what chemicals were used (including application rates, spray records and 10-year insured guarantee).
The Contractor will also be expected to provide visit recording and reports against KPIs.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The tender is for the provision of the treatment of works relating to invasive weeds on behalf of Peabody. The contract covers all areas of invasive weed maintenance and surveying works, the scope of which is briefly outlined below:
The works will comprise of but is not limited to:-
•Surveying and inspection of sites with an invasive weed
•Removal of waste in line with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the treatment and disposal of invasive non native plants: RPS 178.
•Maintenance work on invasive weeds in line with best practice as detailed by the Property Care Association.
•Emergency call out work
•Insurance backed guarantee
