Owens Park, which is part of the Fallowfield Campus, is a student accommodation area for the University of Manchester (Uom). The halls of accommodation, together with ancillary buildings are scheduled for demolition to enable the UoM to facilitate future development of new student accommodation. The project will be comprise of two elements; an enabling works package, followed by the main demolition works package.
