The GMCA Education, Skills & Work (ESW) directorate are seeking to procure a Managing Agent (MA) to deliver a long-term Community Grants programme (later referred to as ‘the Vehicle’). Community based projects will be funded via Community Grants (up to the value of £100k per grant) and delivered by VCSE sector organisations and housing providers working with disadvantaged and/or excluded unemployed and inactive residents (aged 16 and over) for the purpose of enabling their progress towards and skills employment across Greater Manchester.
The Managing Agent will be responsible for all aspects of the grant administering process and will be accountable for the achievement of the outcomes set out in this specification.
