The contract includes 2 lots: Basic Package digital ready alarm and peripheral upgrade and Assistive Technology (AT) package digital ready alarm upgrade and pendant upgrade. This project assists towards the Analogue to Digital Programme as Dumfries and Galloway Council prepare to move from an Analogue Alarm Receiving Centre to a Digital Alarm Receiving Centre (subject to separate procurement activity).
