L&Q wishes to engage with the market regarding its need for builder, sparkle, and other cleaning services. At present L&Q has a need for cleaning services in private rental and keyworker services that are located in Southeast, London and in particular Cambridge and Essex. L&Q is seeking to gauge geographical coverage of suitable contractors as well as inform its cleaning specification, understand capacity, ensure quality of service, value for money as well as the potential to deliver social value. A number of suppliers are being asked to inform L&Q’s consideration of framework of a suitable cleaning provision for its private rented, intermediate market rent, key worker accommodation, sales, shared ownership as well as active construction sites and new build developments.
