As part of EMRs committed and franchise obligations to the Department for Transport (DfT) and the train services agreement with Hitachi Rail, EMR need to install a vehicle measurement system to measure brakes and wheels on the new class 810 and provide the readings to the train maintainer.
The system would be fitted at the Etches Park Depot, Derby.
The requirement includes the design, supply, install, commisioning and maintenance of the system.
