Abstract

Tullie House Museum and Art Galley Trust (the Trust) in Carlisle (brand name: Tullie) is seeking to procure services for exhibition and interpretation design services for Project Tullie - Phase 3. The successful tenderer would be directly appointed by the Trust to work as part of the architect-led Design Team. This ITT assumes that procurement will be contracted to one company who can lead the functions of design services and cost and project management.

The RIBA Standard Conditions of Appointment form will be the basis of appointment (with reasonable market-tested amendments). The proposed scope of services is included within this ITT.
