Lot 1 – Quantitative Research Services of this framework agreement will be used for the collection, study and / or analysis of the relationship between variables, making it possible for the Client to draw generalisations and make predictions based on the data.
Services will be requested under this Lot on a Call Off basis in accordance with the information provided the Lot Specification only.
We are appointing a total of six (6) suppliers to Lot 1 of this framework agreement. This number is intended to provide sufficient capacity and capability for delivery of services under this Lot during the period of this framework agreement.
Zero Waste Scotland is unwilling and unable to guarantee that any services will be requested under this Lot or that any Call Offs will be awarded to any supplier at any time during the period of this framework agreement.

VI.3) Additional information
This Contract Award Notice confirms the conclusion of the procurement procedure and the award of framework contracts for Lots 1 to 3 respectively.
The values identified in this Contract Award Notice are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
Each Lot has a notional maximum value of two million Pounds Sterling (2 000 000 GBP) inclusive of VAT. However, all framework contracts will have a maximum value equivalent to that of the framework agreement itself - that is, six million Pounds Sterling (6 000 000 GBP) inclusive of VAT. This will allow for spend under any Lot / with any framework contractor to exceed, where necessary, the notional maximum value without the requirement for variation or modification to any framework contract/s.
Zero Waste Scotland does not commit to conclude Call Off Contracts of any value or with any framework contractor under this framework agreement. All spend will be approved in accordance with the Award Procedures for this framework agreement.
