To provide an equitable education psychology service for the pupils of all schools and educational settings in Kirklees, utilising a whole school approach including supporting professionals to know when and how to make a referral into the MHST service. To:<br/>• Facilitate completion of the Self Evaluation (SEF) tool with schools on their whole school approach to social, emotional and mental health.<br/>• Agree areas of development with schools in response to the outcome of the SEF, supporting schools to develop their whole school approach.<br/>• Develop and deliver training offers in response to needs identified in the SEF.

The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the Directive
Explanation
The selection of the provider under Direct Award option C of the Provider Selection Regime is justified by the fact that the current contract is nearing its expiration, prompting the Trust to propose a new contract with minimal changes to the existing arrangements to complete the current batch of service users on the waiting list. The current provider has effectively fulfilled the obligations of the current contract and is expected to maintain this level of performance under the proposed contract.
