Anchor is looking to appoint two Contractors to deliver it's programme of internal and external decorations to all property tenure types. The Contract will be split into a North and South region.<br/>The successful bidders will be responsible for carrying Internal and External Decorations works and services as part of our asset investment programme. The Contract will typically deliver the following;<br/>• Internal communal areas (all previously decorated only)<br/>o Walls, ceilings, doors, lift doors, windows, handrails and any previously decorated areas.<br/>• External areas (all previously decorated only)<br/>o Car park lining/bays, metal rails, railings, handrails, timber fascia, soffit, gable end boarding, timber cladding, gas/electric meter covers, timber gates, perimeter timber fences, drying area timber fences, bin store doors, estate signage post and rails and any other previously decorated areas.<br/>The contract will be based on the JCT Measured terms (2016 ) with Anchor’s standard amendments.
