Abstract

Ards and North Down Borough Council (ANDBC) seeks to appoint an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) for the design and management of a new building at Queen’s Hall Newtownards. The new building will serve as a multifunctional Arts Centre, community venue and library on the existing Queen’s Hall site. Working collaboratively in partnership with Libraries NI, ANDBC wishes to deliver modern facilities and library services for the benefit of local residents and provide enhanced facilities for the provision of arts and cultural activities aligned to the Council’s community and corporate plans.
