II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Navy Digital (ND) requires a support service to ensure effective planning, management, budget allocation, delivery and, decision making across the Digital portfolio to deliver Digital services and capabilities to the Royal Navy (RN) in support of Operational outputs and Business as Usual (BAU) in line with the Digital and Data (DD) plan.

Quality criterion: Requirement - Detail the strategies and measures you will implement to ensure consistent delivery of outputs across all services throughout the entire duration of the contract.

Quality criterion: Resourcing - Provide a detailed breakdown of the resources you plan to deploy for managing and delivering this requirement. Please include specifics about the roles and responsibilities of your team and your contingency plans for addressing potential resource shortages or other unforeseen circumstances that might impact the delivery of the contract.

This should include specific strategies and methodologies you plan to use, how you will identify potential areas for improvement and efficiencies, and how you will measure the effectiveness of these improvements.
