Abstract
Conwy County Borough Council (CCBC) requires Landscape Consultant to carryout Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment to identify the effects of the proposed development on the landscape and views.

In response to questions we received regarding the tender evaluation criteria, we have decided to incorporate a quality assessment component into the evaluation process.
