Value for Money

The Contracting Authority will evaluate Tenders as to financial acceptability including:

Overall value for money relating to questions within the tender response form.

Tenderers must fill in the Pricing Schedule set out in Appendix K to provide all the obligations under the Contract, all items must be priced.

All prices shall be submitted as Gross Price and shall be stated in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT.

Tenderers must also fill in the Supplier Incentive Programme Schedule set out in Appendix F. The level of discount offered by Tenderers in Appendix F will be deducted from the gross price stated by Tenderers in Appendix K and the net price will be evaluated. There is no obligation for Tenderers to offer an Early Payment Discount in their tender, but all Tenderers must complete and submit the Supplier Incentive Programme Schedule set out in Appendix F.

Price scores will be calculated by adding all associated costs together less any proposed discount to give a total NET cost.
