Description of the goods or services required

The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”), on behalf of the Vale of Glamorgan Public Services Board (PSB), are seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake a local Climate Change Risk Assessment for the Vale of Glamorgan PSB.
