Abstract

Cardiff Council (CC) has been successful in acquiring UK Levelling Up Funding (LUF) and Welsh Government Funding to deliver Phase 1A of the Cardiff Crossrail. Supported by, and working closely with Transport for Wales (TfW). CC will be the recipient and administrator of both funding and the programme and is the business case owner. The aim of this contract notice is to procure an independent Competent Person (ICP) for Cardiff Crossrail Phase 1A Project.
