Abstract
The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires a Business Plan for the Old Hall in Cowbridge (“the Services”). These services must be completed by 31st November 2025.
The Business Plan should consider how the Old Hall currently operates and provide a comprehensive business plan to demonstrate the benefits of the preferred development designs, as well as highlighting any operational or design concerns or challenges.

Description of the goods or services required
The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires a Business Plan for the Old Hall in Cowbridge (“the Services”). These services must be completed by 31st November 2025.
